I actually used to have one of those. Back when Gen1 NVG was still an amazing piece of kit to have, and cost just as amazing an amount.
It's not a bad unit really, very overpriced from Maplin though. It's average, but for the price of it there's a lot better available. In fact, for a few quid more you could move into Gen2 territory and end up with something worthwhile.
