Anyone ever do the Beamish brewery tour? Is it any good? Might be a handy way to pass away a couple of hours on a Sat afternoon. Their website is down at the mo.

Yup did it a few years back, well worth doing. You really get to see the nuts & bolts of a working brewery (very different from the Guinness place in Dublin). As well you end up with a few pints at the end :)

Do you just turn up or does it have to be booked in advance? I've been living in Cork almost a year now and just getting around to doing the touristy stuff now!
