contrast 100 ?

Hi Have looked around on here but cant find anything about it . Getting a grey box in the middle of the screen with " contrast 100 " in red digits. It comes & goes..... Any ideas to get rid of it ? Thanks

Errr...

What monitor do you have? It might just be that being a git somehow, especially if the contrast setting is adjusted by a button or something.
