Does this include going without water too though? I don't think it does.

Anywho, your foot fits exactly into the space between your wrist and elbow on the inside of your arm.

If you think there's a fire in your house behind a door and you wanna test it by touching the handle to see if it's hot, always use the back of your hand as opposed to grabbing it normally - intense heat tears the retraction muscles in your hand which means you won't be able to let go. That's why a lot of people who grab something really really hot by accident can't immediately drop it and therefore do more damage. It's also why serious burn victims often are found/come to hospital with their hands in a curled position.

New york is further south on the globe than Rome. For some reason i always thought it was the other way around in my head. Rome seems more southern to me. But i'm very bad at geography anyway:o
