MS Sites connection issues

Hi, Has anyone else had difficulty getting on to Microsoft sites today (28/7)(online MSDN, MSN/Windows Live etc). I know "de internet isn't broken" as everywhere else works fine for me and the rest of the lads in work. Some kind of badass DDoS in operation, or a blown router somewhere in Redmond, perhaps? :(
