I remember ages ago in those UK martial arts magazines that Mo Teague used to write self-defence articles of the ear-biting and eye-gouging variety. Then, he seemed to have a bit of an epiphany, and started training BJJ / MMA and wrote about the importance of aliveness, how combat sports were better delivery systems for self-defence etc. I think he might even have been an SBG affiliate for a little while? There was one article where he mentioned being tapped by John Kavanagh repeatedly.

I have not trainied with him but some of the guys at the bob spour training in the Uk had and recommended him , I would love to go but will be in UK with bob spour.
