meteor sim wont work in unlocked iphone

Hi - I jailbroke iphone 1.1.4 with ziphone applic. It now has installer etc. However iphone says that my meteor sim is locked and when I put in the pin, it shows no service. I downloaded simport to transfer contacts - but it iphone doesnt see any contacts. How can I get my meteor billpay sim to work on the iphone. I dont…

I dont care about the email etc as I can use wifi for that.
