Hey guys, Can anyone let me know if its possible for the ps3 to stream online flash clips?

Plug-ins are working fine but for some it tells me I need to ''download flash player 8 to run the video'' and when i try it says that it cannot recognise my system (or something like that, I cant remember)

Any info would be appreciated(THANK YOU)

PS3 Has Flash 7, so unless you want to void your warrenty and try and find a homebrew, wait until Sony update it

Sony can't update the Flash player in PS3.
Adobe has total control of Flash and controls it with an iron fist. The Wii, iPhone and PS3 are stuck with "Flash 7" until they release newer versions to open platforms.
Its been that way for nearly 2 yrs now so unless there is a change in Adobe's control of Flash, thats the way its going to be.

Is that the new iPhone? 'cos the old one and iPod Touch didn't.

Install some version of Linux and use Firefox! Job done.

(I knew my Linux install was gonna come in handy some day)

OK my answer was a little more cheeky but Cremo's links work.

I have YDL myself and think its good. I usually use it to play movie formats that the PS3 can't read yet.
