Best mobile broadband provider in galway

Just wondering what company is the best for mobile broadband in the city. I suppose it's between 02 and vodafone and 3 seems to get terrible press. Does anyone know what the returns policy on these things are, is it possible to get a full refund if you find the speeds aren't satisfactory?

Coverage for them all should be good in the city so it's the 'suck it and see' approach.:pac:
Vodafone give 14 days.
3 give 14 days.
o2 give 30 days.
All the above are callender days not working days.
