I'm wondering if it's possible to export data in a MySQL database directly to SAGE Instant Accounts?

I haven't used Sage instant accounts but in Sage Line 50 you can import data in csv format or you can use Sage Data Objects to add records such as invoices directly. If you look in the Sage Help you will see which data you can import as a csv and what format it takes. If you have Sage Developer it contains comprehensive instructions and examples of using the Sage Data Objects.

Is Sage Developer a seperate product?

As mentioned the best way to do it is export required data from MySQL DB in CSV format. You can then import it into Sage Line 50. Ive done this before from a Delphi Application to Sage and works perfect.
