how overweight is overweight?

this may sound a bit odd, but as this is boards then i'm sure it'll fit in

what qualifies a person to be overweight in the eyes of the public?? For me if i see someone struggling to stand up or walk or something. then of course there are people who aren't that overweight, they just wear clothes that are too small and become unsightly.
also, would you date someone who you viewed to be overweight?

What about a slim toned size 10 whose crappy image consultant put them into a size 6 pair of jeans? Hard to avoid a muffin top then. It's all about ill-fitting clothes.

The only way you can permanently get rid of Muffin top is Lipo. Its nothing to do with the size of the clothes i would never put someone in clothes that didn't fit them. too big over too small if you have to make that choice
