URL only works without the "www"?

Hi all, ive set up a website today with digiweb, uploaded all the files etc, but when i type the full url in, the default HSphere page comes up, but when i leave out the www, then the site comes up ok, e.g......http://example.com...any ideas on this, im sure its something simple? cant seem to figure it out on the HSphere…

that appears to be a question for your hosting company, and dont discuss anything relative to your hosting company here, because it's not allowed
