Bob Spour

Hi all this might be of interest to the guys who are interested in self- defence on this forum just back from UK for the first part of the Bob Spour self defence master class level 1. He is running 1 class a month for the next six month’s in Nuneaton. For people who have done this type of classes before it followed the usual format, covering basic striking. But what was really great was the way Bob thought the mental side of a street fight and instilled a can do attitude into you, he was also brilliant at awareness training. I could not recommend this highly enough. For those who train in Krav Maga or other such systems you will get great benefit form training with the UK guys the likes of Bob or Lee Morrison they really have some unbeliever training.

Bob's Spour's stuff is well worth checking out. He's also got amazing NLP skills, that he applies to Combatives..

Hey man,

Are you going to go on his course? Sounds like it's going to be pretty good. He would have been my second choice of guys that I'd liked to have trained with - if I didn't have the opportunity to train with Lee M.

Bob Spour is one bloke that's definitely been there, and done that (ex-SAS and all!

).
