Silat / Eskrima course : City Center

    The next course will commence on Saturday 19th July 10am
    at Fitness Dock Gym Camden street. Its a 5 week course €60.

    This is a blending of basic fundalmental techniques from Valencia Eskrima and Indonesian Silat and will cover pad work, empty hands and weapon defence training.

    It is open to beginners and non members of the gym. If interested you can PM or give me a call 087 9956569

    When you say Silat, which style are you referring to?

    On this course most of the silat influence will be "Cimande" and "Harimau".
