Malware "Antivirus2008Pro" destroying my rig!!

Hey all, I've read the "I think I have a virus!" sticky and I cannot continue with 'step 1' as my command prompt is gone from the start bar! along with half my desktop icons - and the ability to CTRL/ATL/DELETE - it tells me "task manager is disabled by administrator" - !! I'm running ESAT NOD32 Antivirus Version 3.0.642.0…

Apologies for posting again, I have a 2nd PC that shares the BB connection with the aid of a Netgear switch - The web is dead on this 2nd PC now (as of this afternoon).

Would there be anything we did to the primary PC that would block or effext a 2nd PC connected by a switch?
