webbing from Army Bargains

I just bought the camoflage webbing you can buy in Army Bargains off Capel Street. Does any one know how to put it together? It is not as obvious as I thought it would be. I have looked on the Web, but have not been able to find this set anywhere so I can compare. Thanks
