you are talking about tiny little handheld? I dont see what kind of code they would need. You might get more help if you included more info.

They appear to be a french tv...cant find any other details for it...mite be worth finding out who distributes them as they may be able to help with a code..

Yes they are French and contacted ther support by email got reply but still waiting on code.
