Picture Wire - Where to get and how to use?

Got an large picture to hang for an aunt and need to use picture wire due to location and her requirements. Anyone know where I can get it in Dublin city centre? Need wire with a 50 pound strength. Any tips on how to use it? What tools do I need? Wire clippers anyway. Anything else?

You can get a picture hanging kit in the larger Tesco's

I know Homebase has them, I assume all the good size hardware stores carry them.

Theey will have the little loops that screw into the frame too to attach the wire to.
