WARNING box on my screensaver

    I have a warning box on my screensaver telling me i have spyware and viruses. And i should download an antivirus to clean my computer.

    Help - i have no idea when it comes to computers.

    What do i do?

    Dont follow the instrcution in the warning box as this is a message being generated by the virus, read the stickys for more advice
