Training Schedules : Sprint Triathlons ???

hey anyone know any online training schedules i could use for a sprint triathlon ?? i heard of these virtual coaches online , do you need to subcribe ? are they for very serious athletes? This is my first Triathlon but my fitness is not too bad , so an intermediate schedule would prob be ideal thanx
