Block numbers on Eircom

Does anyone know if I can block a specific number from being dialled with Eircom? I want to block a single 085 number, and a single 0044 number due to abuse at home. I called Eircom but the guy on the phone said its not possible, but honestly, I find this hard to believe. Any info welcome. Thanks

No.

if there was a Garda complaint then the numbers could be stopped from calling you but you must pay 3 a month to block all mobile and std calls otherwise or maybe all 085 and all 044

BT or Imagine or Perlico may let you, move calls to them if outbounds and lock them out .
