Royce Gracie seminar just finished!

This was a cracking seminar attended by more than thirty people who really enjoyed the session and learned quite a bit about the Gracie family approach to Jiu Jitsu. Royce is one of the most talented Instructors that I have trained with and I would certainly like to bring him back for a seminar. Thanks to all who attended! He is teaching for Josie Murray in Letterkenny tomorrow.

Went to the Seminar in Letterkenny yesterday - was very good. Nice crown and some good training.
