    player? Around waterford city preferably...

On the circuit board I need one bit soldered to another bit, but I don't have the equipment. Is there any company out there that I can post it to for repair?

Toner Electronics down near the Hypermarket maybe. Doubt they usually repair mp3 players but if it's just a simple soldering job they might do it.

Do they just sell tvs and stuff or do they actually mend electronic equipment?

I'm not sure tbh. They used to do repairs afaik. I was in there a while ago to see if they could repair a Philips cd deck from work. The woman said no but it seemed to be because of the make and model rather than not doing repairs as she had a quick look at it.

K&M Electronics used to be there, but closed down due to the decreasing costs of buying electronic stuff new and the ever increasing labour costs to have your stuff repaired
