Where to get a good quality low cost 2.5" IDE drive??

I just bought an enclosure for a portable media player which I can use as an external hard drive. It takes a 2.5" IDE drive. Where can I get a decent one at a decent price? I'm looking for a 320Gb or a 500Gb.

The biggest you'll get in a 2.5" drive at the moment is 320GB

eBay. try dabs.ie or elara.ie too. saw them there recently but can't remember which one...
