What names to put on invite?

    We're working on our invite list at the moment and there's a situation I'd like people's opinions on. OH's aunt and uncle live in England, his health is really bad so much that he never leaves their house so we know there's no chance he'll make it over, she'll travel so that's ok.
    So do we put their two names on the invite or her name "+ guest"?
    On the one hand I think it'd be odd to ask half of a long married couple on their own, on the other it gives her the opportunity to bring someone else with her on the day.
    Any ideas on how should we do this??

    Put his name on it but make it known that you would be happy for her to bring someone else in his place.

    I agree, think it would be rude not to ask both of them but also to let your aunt know that she can bring a friend or another family member if your uncle doesn't feel up to coming.
