    If your doing a cutting cycle avoid cheating , I do recall reading about it on another site , the poster dident rate it very highly

    Yeah, it's probably not a good idea going into a cut planning to cheat.

    It looks a bit gimmicky alright ... but I'm prone to a 3am burger so thought about giving it a shot for the hell of it.

    I cheat every second or third week on a cut. Throw a kebab down my throat or something. It doesn't really matter too much if your running a constant caloric deficit every other day but forget the cheaters relief and go old school.
