black people: niggards?

anybody else find black people niggards? i mean, im from cavan and apparantly we are the most niggardly people according to irish slagging legend. i just happened to be in a pub last night and noticed a black guy arguing with the bar-staff over the price of a round of drinks... was it just him or are all black people niggards ?(without wanting to tar an entire race with the same brush!) ?

it was actually a bit of a snipe at the "people gone P C mad" stuff, (though the argument with the black lad actually happened)! anybody got any other good phrases we can get away with,,,??? just to ruffle a few feathers??

So often I'm in Dublin where I see them arguing with a shop clerk or another. And I mean INCREDIBLY often... and these are the immigrant sorts [not the ones that grew up in Ireland], mainly Nigerians.

Very aggressive people [speak-wise] to my observation.

Even those who are friendly, they talk like they're being aggressive >_<;

If you've been to any 3rd world country its custom to haggle with shop owners or in markets. I've been all over latin america and the same arguments are an everyday occurance.

I was in a pet cemetery in Dundrum... that Air Field Farm yolk. Anywho when in school and we visited we got a laugh out of seeing a grave stone with the name "Niger" on it... it was a dog. Got some laughs out of it but turns out its a country in Africa.
