Can I get a long lasting battery with a 17" screen

I've been looking at a few laptops such as Dell XPS gaming machine, Alienware 17", Sony Vaio VGN AR11S et all, One common thing I see is that all the batteries on these machines don't last longer than about an hour. Is it possible to get a machine with 17" screen 1920 * 1200 res with at least a 2.4 processor and 4gb of RAM…

I'll be using the machine for work, poker and multimedia

You should be able to configure the dell with a 9 cell battery. On my 17" with 2Ghz core duo, 2GBs ram, 7900gs I can get around 2 hours with wifi on and some web browsing
