Try www.fido.ie, they might be able to sell one to you. I would be wary of buying on ebay as some scanners will not read all European / Irish chips, you need to get one which reads them universally, which many American scanners won't.

BTW, they are about 120 quid! Don't know if a cheap one will do the job!

The Irish kennel club or ask your vet to order one for you they cost 120/180 euro
