Technically it's fetus for the plural too (fourth declension noun), but better to anglicise it and say fetuses both for convenience and to avoid mauling Latin grammar.

No, twin DNA isn't the exact same. For identical twins it's similar but for non-identical/fraternal twins it's pretty different, about the same difference between the DNA of normal siblings. Essentially fraternal twins are siblings who happen to be the same age. Also: :pac:
