Yes I remember that. I'll try to explain myself... I'm not saying that all beggars are like that. My point was to show that the problem like that exists. And that's why we should think 2 times before we will decide to give some money to the beggar. Of course there are people with real needs but not all of them are like that and we must be aware of that.
