Google Maps kills my wireless connection

It's becoming a regular occurance that when I'm using Google Maps my wireless connection dies. It never happens with other sites. I just need to switch the router off & on again and I'm back in business. Does this make sense to anyone and any suggestions as to how I might fix it? I've a Netgear router with the latest…

Just bumping this in case anyone has any ideas.

This issue is driving me mad as I use Google Maps a lot.

At least I've found I'm not the only person with this issue!

Edit: Turns out I didn't have the latest firmware installed despite the router telling me I did. So I've updated the firmware and we'll see what happens.
