banner ads blocking menus

anyone noticing that the banner ads on the top right of the page are blocking the drop-down forum lists? Its pretty annoying if your trying to access anything from Music across to Sys I'm using Firefox 3 btw (I know, I know, its beta....)

If it is a Flash ad it can overley itself over dropdown DHTML menus I find.

Alternativly, certain firefox extensions may prove handy to stop it.

I'm using v2 and have no probs, but I have got 1Gb RAM, so maybe that's why.
