Tae Bo? As in Billy Blanks cardio workout?

I can't see many people here knowing anything about it, but I could be wrong.

NUI, Galway has classes of every kind of Aerobics, if they are not on in the College Sports Hall (open to eveyrone AFAIK) then try Crunch Fitness upstairs in the Aras Na Macleinn (just past the college bar)

I think there's something along those lines after starting up in the Claddagh.

I know there's Capoeira there aswell if that's be of any interest.

I won't be able to check until Wed, saw the poster up last week, will check at training this week.

The NUI,G courses can be found here: http://www.nuigalway.ie/student_centre/documents/off_the_couch.pdf

You might try the fitness board as those classes tend to be run by gym instructors as opposed to anyone in martial arts. You might get a better response there.

    Thanks a mill guys.

I realised after I had posted that it was in the wrong forum.

Actually, (longshot),while I'm 'here', does anyone know if Ken Horan is doing kickboxing in the Days Hotel after August?

I was onto Florence in the Days and got an email back about the September course saying they weren't sure if it was going ahead.
