......to Irish wimmin. After my brief stints in Venice, Innsbruck and Budapest over the last few days it really has brought it back to me just how good Irish women are both looks and personalty wise. As the old adage goes "you don't know what you got till it's gone."

I know a lot of men on boards go on about how good looking foreign women are but a lot of that probably comes from being around you all the time so they have forgotten to appreciate what they have on their own doorstep as they see everyday.

Now I have to say I love looking at foreign women as well but, rather then thinking they are better looking, I think it is just their subtle differences that makes them stand out more when you are use to something else. However when you then take into account personality I think Irish women win hands down.

So to Irish women I salute you*

*and no you dirty feckers not like that:mad:

You can't judge mean personality based on a few days away.

Am not Irish but am sick and tired of men complaining about Irish women (these women are your sisters, mothers and family members). Most foreign women are complacent but don’t be deceived. They are not stupid and by no way self righteous… it’s also different strokes for different folks, most threads are about how ye men don’t like Irish women maybe the ladies should start a thread on Irish men and their short comings

It’s not like ye are hot stuff so stfu…

I'm actually not looking for anything, more just reflecting on the fact that I had been taking Irish women for granted when I shouldn't have.

and no Tom I have nothing to feel remorse over, actually it was quite comical in places on Saturday night while we were in a nightclub in Budapest as we had to knock back a few advances (I would of been shocked myself by just one but it was actually a few) by slightly too frisky foreign wimmins by "disappearing" off the dance floor.

actually it was great one of my friends who has a friend studying to be a vet in hungary so she was able to bring us to a good few local places so we got to see a lot of local wimmins which was great

Thats not what you said before!!!
I'm being to think this is all a ploy!

I think Irish people are heading the way of americans.
I love the sense of playness and humour.
But alot of younger people I meet are dull, with few genuine interests apart from sex, beer, chips and tv.
I've definitely met more generally interesting people on the continent. Nothing makes up for an inability to grasp irony though.

no, I would never do something like that :D

but it is more the fact that you are an active enough member on the forum outside of the bar so I slightly intrigued to find out what you are like as oppose to anything else

You sound like all them "all action and no balls" men who go around drinking beer and boasting about how "good" they are in bed when they can't perform

And you sound like someone who needs to look around this forum a bit more before making those kind of statments otherwise your time here might get a little awkward!;)

I apologise if it was meant to be humourous, often posters wander in and get all highhorsey without having a look around and don't realise everything here is tongue in cheek! More smiley use ftw;)
