Law student charged with rape also posing as a doctor.

    I must say this story caught my interest earlier.So he was brought in for lying about being a doctor.Then charged with rape.Awfully sad to see his gf had advanced cancer because of his lies.

    What do ye make of it?

    Possibly because he was an abusive boyfriend,you know forcing himself upon her when she did not want to have sex.This is me just speculating though.

    No, it's just I didn't hear, either on the news or read in that why it was rape.

    Maybe because she only agreed to sex as she thought he was a doctor, I dunno.

    I just don't see how rape factors in.

    I would imagine it's due to the 'invasive procedures' that he carried out on the girl. It doesn't have to be penatrative sex to be counted as rape afaik

    I think what he means it doesnt matter what you penetrate with. Even a foreign object would still be considered rape.

    ffs read the article. it said he did "invasive procedures" while he was posing as a doctor to his girlfriend. Its being treated as rape under the fraud.

    Why read the article when you can make wild accusations/lurid comments/jokes on assumptions and extrapolations.

    It does have to be penatration to be counted as rape otherwise it is counted as sexual assault, that's the law.
