Does anyone know what our double bed size equates to in American sizes ?

Am I right in thinking our double bed size is called "full" there?

    Hello,

    Ok matress sizes as follows:

A double bed (UK) is indeed a full (USA)

A king (UK) is a queen (USA)

A super king (UK) is a king (USA)

    Just to confuse!

Hey, apart from the different names for sizes, there is actually a slight difference in the corresponding sizes because of metric versus imperial measurements. Here's a list of the corresponding sizes I got on the Clerys bed website - any help?

    Single 90 x 190cm = 3' x 6'3"
    Small Double 120 x 190cm = 4' x 6'3"
    Double 135/7 x 190cm = 4'6" x 6'3"
    King 150 x 200cm = 5' x 6'6"
    Super King 180 x 200cm = 6' x 6'6"
    Zip & Link 180 x 200cm 6' x 6'6"
