Opposite to Thank you button

    I like the thank you button and use it to thank posters. What about having the opposite? Where you could hit a disagree button?

    Other than that, stated before that its not going to happen. Thanks is not "me too", its "thanks". You want to disagree and be heard, articulate.

    Instead of a thumbs down button how about a spank you button? It's a little more light hearted methinks. So you get thanked if you're helpful/good and spanked if you're not. :D

    This will not happen in the sort term. We been there with karma and it did not work.

    The thank you got off to a rocky start and now seems to be used in the manner it was intended.

    I'd love a 'muppet' or thumbs down button. Ideally one that, upon garnering a high enough 'muppet' to view ratio, would automatically hide the post in question, à la slashdot/youtube.

    A great idea but something that would spoil so much of the fun in some places, and create outright war in others.
