Obviously for Liverpool its been a season of at least 2 halves - Started good went bad then came good. On the pitch. Off it, nothing but trouble. Started questionably with the stadium stalled, got much worse then quietened down to a simmering tension.

Plus points - obviously Torres. Babel and Benny chipped in too, the former looking like he could develope nicely into a striker. Masch is a monster, the kids are alright as Pete Townshend might say - hopefully Insua, Plessis and a couple more will get the chance to play with the 7 strong subs bench rule.

Bad points - lack of cover at the back badly exposed by Agger injury, Alonso injuries and general lack of Oomph. Riise, Pennant being very very average. Aurelio made of glass. Rafa not finding his formation to accomodate Gerrard/Torrres axis until too late. Crouch being sidelined, All the crap with G&H.

Summer needs change of ownership, and new options out wide - LB/RB and RW.

    Mike.

It's not over yet. Two huge games this week and hopefully a visit to Wembly on the 25th!
