And I think you should look at how this started. Before the game I knew that the ref would have a huge part to play in the winning of te league and sid it here, something that was scoffed at at the time. As it turned out this ref who has done united favours in the past (in fact in this very season) did them some massive ones today, and people are scoffing again now and saying it is because I am a bitter fan instead of saying (apart from a couple, fair play to ye) that the ref had a massive part to play in Uniteds win today.

Can you not see the difference between that and sour grapes/trolling and all of the other things I have been accused of by some rather belligerent people in this thread.

Where was it scoffed at at the time excately? I can remember one poster saying we dont need the refs help and that was it!

You are the one who quoted yourself after the game about your paranormal abilities. Predicting that that particular ref could make ssome bad decisions, well hardly rocket science is it.

Also when you got the reply to your quip about the ref before the game, you changed your tune and said that do United fans think he could have a big affect on the game either way.

Since then all you want to say in this thread is I I I. You seem intent on making about yourself. The points that you brought up at the end of the game had already been discussed during the postings during the game.

Again, mod or not, I cant help but feel you are deliberately trying to stir things up for the sake of it, and more the fool me in fact for bothering to reply.

    Agreed.

    Says it all really.

I can see how you think that is trolling but YOU ARE WRONG, and you have agreed with what I said anyway in the most case (BTW ref could not have given a pen on scholes had he rightly been sent off).

If the foul had been given on Rooney in the build up, when he was tripped, tried to stay on his feet but ultimately fell over and Palacios came away with the ball before Scholes obstructed him, this would have never happened. If that peno hadn't been given against Carrick or Shevchenko and Cole hadn't cleared off the line, if any of the peno shouts had been given against Blackburn and if Ronaldo had scored that one way back in December against West Ham, it still wouldn't have been an issue. Oh, and, if my aunty had balls, she'd be my ****in' uncle!

Tbh, your posts come across as very bitter and I'm not quite sure why, seeing as you're not even a Chelsea fan. You keep fighting that good fight though and threathening to ban those who respond to your bait. A bit childish don't you think?

And Denis, you are lucky to still be here, I would stay in my box if I were you.

You're a bitter liverpool fan. Its blatantly obvious to EVERYONE on the soccer forum how bitter you are.

So what about the tackle on scholes that wasnt given a penalty?

Oh well, im sure, as always ,that "next season" will be Liverpools. Gotta love their eternal optimism. :D

T4TF is a bitter Liverpool troll, and always has been from what I can see on this forum. He's a farce of a mod.

    Always "next season" eh T4TF ??? :D:D:D

Ok so United are champions. There is no problem with that, I have congratulated their fans and fair play for being involved in the most exciting run in for some time. However there are facts re the result that cannot be denied. I have already said that regardless of the other decisions as Chelsea only drew they probably would have made very lillte difference. That people cannot see that they owe tonights result as much to the ref as to good play etc is the only issue I have and what has been argued...

But you seem intent on making it into an argument, trying to provoke people.

Most United fans have already commented on the poor decisions but you just dont want to seem to let it alone until we all agree that the ref won us the title.

I find it hard to believe that you are a mod on these forums and behave the way you do.

Anyway this my last response to you on this thread. As I said before you are making it into a Thanx 4 The Fish thread and I wont help contribute to that anymore.

But why do you care what United fans think regarding the manner of the win today? Is it that you want to vindicate your opinions to everyone? We are each entitled to our opinion, but really coming into the UNITED thread looking to push your opinion on people just stinks of trollism.

I have already said that he did not win them the title. Chelseas drew anyway so that is not the issue, but he had more than a little input to the final result today did he not.

Its just a case that he(T4TF) knows nothing about football. League's arent won by luck or ref's its won from hard work and being the best team over 38 games. Its prob just a case that he's too young to remember what its like.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,602 ✭✭✭joe316

And he could have helped us more by giving a peno for the tackle on Scholes but jeez I'll with it, tell you what I'll go on the Liverpool thread and make sure that they all agree with me that we were robbed a second peno.

    :p

Lads for Christ sake can this stop, why have a great night spoiled.

T4TF, your kinda inciting us United fans, on such a great day can you just leave it be. Let us enjoy our day , I know your not deliberately trying to incite us but we just want to enjoy the day that is in it, instead having petty rows.

Its a simple request, let us have our rose tinted glasses, its our day.

    Congrats to United.

Guys, grow up. The ref clearly had a stinker today. Its not trolling to point that out.

Unless of course, you're also going to rag on Steve Bruce for being Anti United.

Anyway its not trolling to point it out once or twice even, but over and over again? Scholes should have been red carded for the first challenge??

Eh, sorry to break this up lads. Just couldn't think of anywhere else to ask. I know everyone's in title winning mode but thinking ahead to Moscow in ten days. I'm looking for a 1967 jersey with Best on the back. I know you can get them on net but I'm a strictly cash person...any pointers?
