"Portrait equivalent" of the lumious landscape equivalent

Hi guys Most of you prob know the luminous lanscape website which is quite a good resource for landscape photography. Just wondering does anyone know a similar type of resource for portrait photography and lighting etc. Ive been looking for a qhile and havent found any as good.

Well, general lighting techniques, www.strobist.com is a winner, I haven't found any 'luminious landscape' for portrait myself yet...
