    Hello i am interested in joining a taekwondo or muay thai club but i dont have a clue where too look...tried a few karate clubs in south dublin but im missing my high kicks.......... I would be travelling from stillorgan so would need too get a bus there after 5 so training times would be ideal if in the evening around 7. A class with a number of adults would be great too.:rolleyes:

    Mr Keane is the instructor there and you couldn't get a better instructor in my humble opinion. I'd whole heartedly recommend it. Training is on Tuesday and Saturday.

    Is there a lot of adult members and do they do much competetions, wouldnt mind getting into rocky balboa mode.:confused:
