I am hosting 4th degree Carlson Gracie black belt REY DIOGO for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminar in Limerick on Saturday May 10th, here is a short bio of Rey,

-Over 15 years of studying and training under Master Carlson Gracie
-Two time Brazilian National Champion
-2005 Black Belt Pan Am Heavyweight And Open Division Champion
-Multiple Time Regional Champion of Rio De Janeiro
-BJJ coach for the IFL sabres

It will be held 12-3 pm May 10th in the University Arena, University of Limerick.Rey will also be refereeing/helping out the next day at the Munster Open competition.
