Argh, setting up Meteor voicemail

Hey,

I'm attempting this after not being successful with Meteor customer care.

I want calls to go through to voicemail when my phone is switched off. It's a Sony Ericsson K750i, pay as you go.

But when my phone is switched off and I try calling it, I'm played a recorded message that the number is not currently available, and then it hangs up.

Each time I talk to customer support, they send me a voicemail settings that they tell me to save to my phone. However, the text always says:

"You have already set up your voicemail. To check your voicemail or to change your greeting dial 171 and follow the prompts."

I can call 171 no problems, I can record my greeting etc etc. But, I can't find any settings to enable it or not. What can I do to make calls go through to voicemail when my mobile is switched off?

When setting to divert, what number do I divert to? The phone doesn't offer me to choose voicemail, it just asks for me to enter a number to divert to when not reachable, for example.

Direct it to +3538x5xxxxxxx where your mobile number is 08x xxxxxxx
