Help connecting hdd from iRiver to pc?

Hi, I have a HDD from an iRiver that I would like to connect to a pc and retrieve data from. It is only the HDD, the unit itself is gone. you'll just need to get the right adapter

drive is probably the standard 1.8" connection so something like this might do
