PM reply button gone, view weird

Hi lads (and lasses) - I'm looking at a PM, and there's no Reply button, and it's displaying at a huge width, so I have to scroll over to read the end of each line. Could you take a look? Meanwhile, I'll reply by sending a separate PM to the sender...
