Something Miles said (spoilers pre 4x09)

....was it a smartass comment, or was he foreshadowing a character's death?

I can't remember the exact dialogue, but Claire said something like "so we're probably not going to die" (when they were all in house and the shooting had stopped) and Miles looked at her funny and said "I wouldn't be too sure about that".

Was he implying she'd die soon (using his spooky, commune-with-the-dead ability), or was he being his smartass self?

Just something that's been bugging me for the last few days...any thoughts?

While watching it I assumed and I think on surface it's supposes to mean because the people outside are not going to let them live but it wouldn't shock me if it had a deeper meaning like that.

I don't mind Claire, she can be a bit high pitched but she's not too bad.

ditto... now that Charlie is gone she is pretty much tetherless. She adds nothing to the storyline. The only aspect of interest is Aaron, who we know will get separated from Claire eventually.

She has a big target on her head imo, all she needs now is a real world DUI and she'll be killed off immediately
