Hey - I've flown with Jetstar but only internally in OZ - I thought they were only a domestic airline. Found them fine - no frills but I'd presume it would be slightly different on longhaul?

Nope, they're pretty much the same on long-haul;)

Don't expect much, and you won't be disappointed. Pay for food/drink, pay for VOD entertainment (if they have any spare units available) - otherwise it's on shared overhead screens etc

They do offer a "star class" with bigger seats, free food etc which is slightly less "no frills" ;) The fact that "There is a water fountain in the economy class cabin with cups" is listed as one of their amenities should say it all :p

Only flew twice with them within Oz. That was enough! thought I think they did improve their boarding system, which was pathetic. I think they were branching out into some international flights to Asia, but haven't heard anything bout them.
