http://www.aldi.ie/ie/html/offers/58_5596.htm If this is a proper Ice Cream Maker with built in freezer then its a bargain. Have aldi had these in the past? Anyone get one and recommend it?

Judging by the instructions on that page you linked, it has a built in freezer.

Makes delicious home-made ice cream in as little as 40 minutes

1. Prepare ingredients (suggested recipes included).
2. When the stirrer is rotating, slowly pour the ingredients into the container.
3. Set the timer (time dependent on ingredients).
4. The contents will start to solidify and hey presto, you have ice cream.
