Anyone rate Defend U?

    Hi folks,

    has anyone ever done the 'defend U' 8 week BJJ course? http://www.defendu.ie/courses.htm
    Or attended any of the other classes they put on?

    I know there's plenty of places to do BJJ but this one would fit into my schedule well - I'd be interested to hear what others have to say about it though - not looking for anyone to diss it, just a general review...

    Yes mate i can definitely recommend defend u. I have trained with Ray since last april and loved every class. Ray is a great instructor and the lads are all sound, training is hard but very enjoyable. So i would say definitely give it a go!
